And when even was come, there came a rich man from Arimath\'e6a, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple:
Now there was a certain man of Ramathaim-zophim, of the hill-country of Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephraimite:
And his return was to Ramah, for there was his house; and there he judged Israel: and he built there an altar unto Jehovah.
And they made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; although he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.\par
this man went to Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded {\i it} to be given up.
And when they had fulfilled all things that were written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a tomb.
And when his disciples heard {\i thereof}, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb.\par
