But Samuel ministered before Jehovah, being a child, girded with a linen ephod.

Then saith he unto his disciples, {\cf6 The harvest indeed is plenteous, but the laborers are few.

{\cf6 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that was a householder, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.

And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing in the marketplace idle;

But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, {\cf6 Why make ye trial of me? bring me a denarius, that I may see it.}

{\cf6 Show me a denarius. Whose image and superscription hath it?} And they said, C\'e6sar's.

And when they came that {\i were hired} about the eleventh hour, they received every man a shilling.
