And Jesus came and touched them and said, {\cf6 Arise, and be not afraid.}
Then there touched me again one like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me.
But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, {\cf6 Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.}
Now as he was speaking with me, I fell into a deep sleep with my face toward the ground; but he touched me, and set me upright.
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as one dead. And he put his right hand upon me, saying, {\cf6 Fear not; I am the first and the last,
And, behold, a hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.
but rise, and enter into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.}
and as they were affrighted and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
yea, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
And lifting up their eyes, they saw no one, save Jesus himself only.
