But I tell you of a truth, There are some of them that stand here, who shall in no wise taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.}\par

And he said unto them, {\cf6 Verily I say unto you, There are some here of them that stand {\i by}, who shall in no wise taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God come with power.}\par

The Jews said unto him, Now we know that thou hast a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets; and thou sayest, {\cf6 If a man keep my word, he shall never taste of death.}

And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what {\i shall be} the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, {\i even} Jesus, who delivereth us from the wrath to come.\par

Watch therefore: for ye know not on what day your Lord cometh.

I say unto you, that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?}\par

And Jesus saith unto him, {\cf6 The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven {\i have} nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.}

Now when Jesus came into the parts of C\'e6sarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, {\cf6 Who do men say that the Son of man is?}

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all these things be accomplished.

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of man also shall be ashamed of him, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.}

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my word, he shall never see death.}

Jesus saith unto him, {\cf6 If I will that he tarry till I come, what {\i is that} to thee? follow thou me.}

who also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye looking into heaven? this Jesus, who was received up from you into heaven shall so come in like manner as ye beheld him going into heaven.

But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; then they that are Christ's, at his coming.

Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receive the early and latter rain.

For we did not follow cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

And now, {\i my} little children, abide in him; that, if he shall be manifested, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
