Another parable set he before them, saying, {\cf6 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
And he saith unto them, {\cf6 Because of your little faith: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.}\par
And the Lord said, {\cf6 If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye would say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou planted in the sea; and it would obey you.
And he began to speak unto the people this parable: {\cf6 A man planted a vineyard, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into another country for a long time.
And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and {\i because} they supposed that the kingdom of God was immediately to appear.
Afterward he measured a thousand; {\i and it was} a river that I could not pass through; for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed through.\par
