But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down and prayed; and turning to the body, he said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes; and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

And when he had thus spoken, he cried with a loud voice, {\cf6 Lazarus, come forth.}

For we have not a high priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but one that hath been in all points tempted like as {\i we are, yet} without sin.

These things spake Jesus; and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, {\cf6 Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that the Son may glorify thee:

Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone lay against it.

And when he drew nigh, he saw the city and wept over it,

And Jesus said unto him, {\cf6 Receive thy sight: thy faith hath made thee whole.}

And he came nigh and touched the bier: and the bearers stood still. And he said, {\cf6 Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.}

And being moved with compassion, he stretched forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, {\cf6 I will; be thou made clean.}

He was despised, and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we esteemed him not.\par

And it came to pass in the course of those many days, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.

And his ears were opened, and the bond of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
