Mark 14:49

I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye took me not: but {\i this is done} that the scriptures might be fulfilled.}

Jesus answered him, {\cf6 I have spoken openly to the world; I ever taught in synagogues, and in the temple, where all the Jews come together; and in secret spake I nothing.

And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.

For I say unto you, that this which is written must be fulfilled in me, {\b And he was reckoned with transgressors}: for that which concerneth me hath fulfilment.}

And Jesus answered and said, as he taught in the temple, {\cf6 How say the scribes that the Christ is the son of David?

But all this is come to pass, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.} Then all the disciples left him, and fled.\par

How then should the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?}

Now all this is come to pass, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying,

it was winter; and Jesus was walking in the temple in Solomon's porch.

Again therefore Jesus spake unto them, saying, {\cf6 I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.}

Now on the last day, the great {\i day} of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, {\cf6 If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink.

And he was teaching daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the principal men of the people sought to destroy him:

And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders;

In that hour said Jesus to the multitudes, {\cf6 Are ye come out as against a robber with swords and staves to seize me? I sat daily in the temple teaching, and ye took me not.

And he arose from thence and cometh into the borders of Jud\'e6a and beyond the Jordan: and multitudes come together unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again.\par

And Jesus answered and said unto them, {\cf6 Are ye come out, as against a robber, with swords and staves to seize me?

And they all left him, and fled.\par
