opening and alleging that it behooved the Christ to suffer, and to rise again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom, {\i said he}, I proclaim unto you, is the Christ.
Woe unto the world because of occasions of stumbling! for it must needs be that the occasions come; but woe to the man through whom the occasion cometh!
