Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief:
And if any man hear my sayings, and keep them not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
And Jesus said, {\cf6 Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.} And parting his garments among them, they cast lots.
But Jesus answered and said, {\cf6 Suffer ye {\i them} thus far.} And he touched his ear, and healed him.
but I say unto you, Resist not him that is evil: but whosoever smiteth thee on {\i thy} right cheek, turn to him the other also.
But he turned, and rebuked them.
And as they went on the way, a certain man said unto him, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
