John 5:3

And he answered and said unto them, {\cf6 Go and tell John the things which ye have seen and heard; the {\b blind receive their sight,} the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the {\b poor have good tidings preached to them.}

And there came unto him great multitudes, having with them the lame, blind, maimed, dumb, and many others, and they cast them down at his feet; and he healed them:

Woe to the worthless shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.\par

It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Jehovah.

Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receive the early and latter rain.

But if we hope for that which we see not, {\i then} do we with patience wait for it.\par

Blessed is the man that heareth me,\par\tab Watching daily at my gates,\par\tab Waiting at the posts of my doors.

And it came to pass, when the king heard the saying of the man of God, which he cried against the altar in Beth-el, that Jeroboam put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not draw it back again to him.

And the report of him went forth into all Syria: and they brought unto him all that were sick, holden with divers diseases and torments, possessed with demons, and epileptic, and palsied; and he healed them.

Now there is in Jerusalem by the sheep {\i gate} a pool, which is called in Hebrew Bethzatha, having five porches.
