Dost thou know how God layeth {\i his charge} upon them,\par\tab And causeth the lightning of his cloud to shine?
Lift up your eyes on high, and see who hath created these, that bringeth out their host by number; he calleth them all by name; by the greatness of his might, and for that he is strong in power, not one is lacking.\par

Who gave him a charge over the earth?\par\tab Or who hath disposed the whole world?
Hearken unto this, O Job:\par\tab Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.
Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds,\par\tab The wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge?
