The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth;\par\tab And it sweepeth him out of his place.
Upon the wicked he will rain snares;\par\tab Fire and brimstone and burning wind shall be the portion of their cup.
So pursue them with thy tempest,\par\tab And terrify them with thy storm.
Before your pots can feel the thorns,\par\tab He will take them away with a whirlwind, the green and the burning alike.
That they are as stubble before the wind,\par\tab And as chaff that the storm carrieth away?
He shall return no more to his house,\par\tab Neither shall his place know him any more.\par
and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and smote upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall thereof.}\par
Though he be fruitful among his brethren, an east wind shall come, the breath of Jehovah coming up from the wilderness; and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall make spoil of the treasure of all goodly vessels.
I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will show them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.\par
He shall be driven from light into darkness,\par\tab And chased out of the world.
He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found:\par\tab Yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night.
Thou liftest me up to the wind, thou causest me to ride {\i upon it};\par\tab And thou dissolvest me in the storm.
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath:\par\tab For thou hast taken me up, and cast me away.
