One dieth in his full strength,\par\tab Being wholly at ease and quiet:

For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away;\par\tab His glory shall not descend after him.

For now should I have lain down and been quiet;\par\tab I should have slept; then had I been at rest,

His bones are full of his youth,\par\tab But it shall lie down with him in the dust.\par

They spend their days in prosperity,\par\tab And in a moment they go down to Sheol.
