That which he labored for shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down;\par\tab According to the substance that he hath gotten, he shall not rejoice.

Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, like the peoples; for thou hast played the harlot, {\i departing} from thy God; thou hast loved hire upon every grain-floor.
All thine enemies have opened their mouth wide against thee;\par\tab They hiss and gnash the teeth; they say, We have swallowed her up;\par\tab Certainly this is the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen it.
Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build a house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not use the fruit thereof.
