Wilt thou even annul my judgment?\par\tab Wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be justified?
Shall he that cavilleth contend with the Almighty?\par\tab He that argueth with God, let him answer it.\par
That he would maintain the right of a man with God,\par\tab And of a son of man with his neighbor!
Although there is no violence in my hands,\par\tab And my prayer is pure.\par
My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle,\par\tab And are spent without hope.
Although thou knowest that I am not wicked,\par\tab And there is none that can deliver out of thy hand?\par
Surely I would speak to the Almighty,\par\tab And I desire to reason with God.
Then Jonah prayed unto Jehovah his God out of the fish's belly.
Yet I will rejoice in Jehovah,\par\tab I will joy in the God of my salvation.
