Arise, get you up unto a nation that is at ease, that dwelleth without care, saith Jehovah; that have neither gates nor bars, that dwell alone.

And I will send a fire on Magog, and on them that dwell securely in the isles; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

In that day shall messengers go forth from before me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid; and there shall be anguish upon them, as in the day of Egypt; for, lo, it cometh.\par

Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remaineth in him, and his scent is not changed.

Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones; strip you, and make you bare, and gird {\i sackcloth} upon your loins.

Rise up, ye women that are at ease, {\i and} hear my voice; ye careless daughters, give ear unto my speech.

Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up {\i their voice}, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit; let the inhabitants of Sela sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
