And he said,\par\par\tab I called by reason of mine affliction unto Jehovah,\par\tab And he answered me;\par\tab Out of the belly of Sheol cried I,\par\tab {\i And} thou heardest my voice.
Who in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear,
and they sing as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders: and no man could learn the song save the hundred and forty and four thousand, {\i even} they that had been purchased out of the earth.
What is it then, brethren? When ye come together, each one hath a psalm, hath a teaching, hath a revelation, hath a tongue, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
In my distress I called upon Jehovah,\par\tab And cried unto my God:\par\tab He heard my voice out of his temple,\par\tab And my cry before him came into his ears.
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
