And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable things, and have filled mine inheritance with their abominations.\par
I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: {\i now} will I cry out like a travailing woman; I will gasp and pant together.
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence;\par\tab Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself:\par\tab {\i But} I will reprove thee, and set {\i them} in order before thine eyes.
And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened: and another book was opened, which is {\i the book} of life: and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Then they that feared Jehovah spake one with another; and Jehovah hearkened, and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before him, for them that feared Jehovah, and that thought upon his name.
Yea, and what are ye to me, O Tyre, and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? will ye render me a recompense? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompense upon your own head.

But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord Jehovah.\par
And Jehovah said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with what measure ye mete it shall be measured to you again.}\par
For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.\par
