Deuteronomy 29:20

Jehovah will not pardon him, but then the anger of Jehovah and his jealousy will smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book shall lie upon him, and Jehovah will blot out his name from under heaven.

let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven; and I will make of thee a nation mightier and greater than they.

And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal with thee in fury; they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy residue shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.

Jehovah is a jealous God and avengeth; Jehovah avengeth and is full of wrath; Jehovah taketh vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth {\i wrath} for his enemies.

(for thou shalt worship no other god: for Jehovah, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God);

thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them; for I Jehovah thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generation of them that hate me,

He that overcometh shall thus be arrayed in white garments; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

for our God is a consuming fire.\par

Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?\par

for if God spared not the natural branches, neither will he spare thee.

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he will make an end, yea, a terrible end, of all them that dwell in the land.\par

therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the nations, and against all Edom, that have appointed my land unto themselves for a possession with the joy of all their heart, with despite of soul, to cast it out for a prey.

I, Jehovah, have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it: I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith the Lord Jehovah.\par

And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will bring their way upon their head.

Therefore will I also deal in wrath; mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity; and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.\par

Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold, northward of the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.

And he put forth the form of a hand, and took me by a lock of my head; and the Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the gate of the inner {\i court} that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.

And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will bring upon thee according to thy ways; and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I, Jehovah, do smite.\par

And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity; but I will bring thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.\par

Wherefore, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also diminish {\i thee}; neither shall mine eye spare, and I also will have no pity.

And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith Jehovah: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have compassion, that I should not destroy them.\par

When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off; the women shall come, and set them on fire; for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have compassion upon them, and he that formed them will show them no favor.\par

Set me as a seal upon thy heart,\par\tab As a seal upon thine arm:\par\tab For love is strong as death;\par\tab Jealousy is cruel as Sheol;\par\tab The flashes thereof are flashes of fire,\par\tab A very flame of Jehovah.

For jealousy is the rage of a man;\par\tab And he will not spare in the day of vengeance.

For they provoked him to anger with their high places,\par\tab And moved him to jealousy with their graven images.

He made a path for his anger;\par\tab He spared not their soul from death,\par\tab But gave their life over to the pestilence,

Let them be blotted out of the book of life,\par\tab And not be written with the righteous.

There went up a smoke out of his nostrils,\par\tab And fire out of his mouth devoured:\par\tab Coals were kindled by it.

Therefore it shall be, when Jehovah thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget.

And Jehovah said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the ground; both man, and beast, and creeping things, and birds of the heavens; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

and it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart, to destroy the moist with the dry.

And Jehovah said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven; but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash.

O Jehovah God of hosts,\par\tab How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?

But the wicked shall be cut off from the land,\par\tab And the treacherous shall be rooted out of it.\par
