And it was given {\i unto him} to give breath to it, {\i even} to the image of the breast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as should not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling {\i words}), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.\par

knowing this first, that in the last days mockers shall come with mockery, walking after their own lusts,

But ye have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you, and themselves drag you before the judgment-seats?

that aged women likewise be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good;

but given to hospitality, a lover of good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled;

Therefore he that rejecteth, rejecteth not man, but God, who giveth his Holy Spirit unto you.\par

But if they have not continency, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

Defraud ye not one the other, except it be by consent for a season, that ye may give yourselves unto prayer, and may be together again, that Satan tempt you not because of your incontinency.

Jesus answered them, {\cf6 Did not I choose you the twelve, and one of you is a devil?}

And the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, heard all these things; and they scoffed at him.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me.}\par

And the sons of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee The city of Jehovah, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.\par

He was despised, and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we esteemed him not.\par

But I am a worm, and no man;\par\tab A reproach of men, and despised of the people.

Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; And their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, And scatter them in Israel.

promising them liberty, while they themselves are bondservants of corruption; for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought into bondage.

In whose eyes a reprobate is despised,\par\tab But who honoreth them that fear Jehovah;\par\tab He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not;

being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
