But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you, and guard you from the evil {\i one}.

God is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?

God is faithful, through whom ye were called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.\par

in hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before times eternal;

These shall war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they {\i also shall overcome} that are with him, called and chosen and faithful.

who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal,

There hath no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that ye may be able to endure it.\par

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.\par

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, {\i and} the lovingkindness to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.\par

For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever;\par\tab Thy faithfulness wilt thou establish in the very heavens.\par

{\i even} us, whom he also called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Gentiles?

For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and out of mount Zion they that shall escape. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this.\par

I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart;\par\tab I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation;\par\tab I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great assembly.

whereunto he called you through our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

To show forth thy lovingkindness in the morning,\par\tab And thy faithfulness every night,

Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this.\par

Who made heaven and earth,\par\tab The sea, and all that in them is;\par\tab Who keepeth truth for ever;

For Jehovah is good; his lovingkindness {\i endureth} for ever,\par\tab And his faithfulness unto all generations.\par
