ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

And working together {\i with him} we entreat also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain

Know ye not that ye are a temple of God, and {\i that} the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed.\par

Then saith he unto his disciples, {\cf6 The harvest indeed is plenteous, but the laborers are few.

For as the earth bringeth forth its bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord Jehovah will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.\par

I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them.\par

Or know ye not that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have from God? and ye are not your own;

He is the {\b stone which was set at nought} of you {\b the builders, which was made the head of the corner.}

We therefore ought to welcome such, that we may be fellow-workers for the truth.\par

but if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how men ought to behave themselves in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.\par

And what agreement hath a temple of God with idols? for we are a temple of the living God; even as God said, {\b I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.}

Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate branches of a foreign vine unto me?

The stone which the builders rejected\par\tab Is become the head of the corner.

There shall be abundance of grain in the earth upon the top of the mountains;\par\tab The fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon:\par\tab And they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth.

but Christ as a son, over his house; whose house are we, if we hold fast our boldness and the glorying of our hope.

And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vine-dressers.

Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth the feet of the ox and the ass.\par

Wisdom hath builded her house;\par\tab She hath hewn out her seven pillars:

But he answered and said, {\cf6 Every plant which my heavenly Father planted not, shall be rooted up.
