Thou waterest its furrows abundantly; Thou settlest the ridges thereof: Thou makest it soft with showers; Thou blessest the springing thereof.
Who covereth the heavens with clouds, Who prepareth rain for the earth, Who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain; My speech shall distil as the dew, As the small rain upon the tender grass, And as the showers upon the herb.
then I will give your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Thy congregation dwelt therein: Thou, O God, didst prepare of thy goodness for the poor.
He watereth the mountains from his chambers: The earth is filled with the fruit of thy works.
