And the God of all grace, who called you unto his eternal glory in Christ, after that ye have suffered a little while, shall himself perfect, establish, strengthen you.

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble; And mine eye hath seen my desire upon mine enemies.

Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing praises: For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.

For thou meetest him with the blessings of goodness: Thou settest a crown of fine gold on his head.

Mine eye also hath seen my desire on mine enemies, Mine ears have heard my desire of the evil-doers that rise up against me.

And David said, As Jehovah liveth, Jehovah will smite him; or his day shall come to die; or he shall go down into battle and perish.

Come, behold the works of Jehovah, What desolations he hath made in the earth.
