These also are sayings of the wise. To have respect of persons in judgment is not good.

To have respect of persons is not good; Neither that a man should transgress for a piece of bread.

To respect the person of the wicked is not good, Nor to turn aside the righteous in judgment.

Whoso is wise will give heed to these things; And they will consider the lovingkindnesses of Jehovah.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

And if ye call on him as Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to each man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning in fear:

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy.

Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Who is wise, that he may understand these things? prudent, that he may know them? for the ways of Jehovah are right, and the just shall walk in them; but transgressors shall fall therein.

Now therefore let the fear of Jehovah be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with Jehovah our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.

Thou shalt not wrest justice: thou shalt not respect persons; neither shalt thou take a bribe; for a bribe doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; ye shall hear the small and the great alike; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you ye shall bring unto me, and I will hear it.

Incline thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, And apply thy heart unto my knowledge.

Will ye show partiality to him? Will ye contend for God?
