Understanding is a well-spring of life unto him that hath it; But the correction of fools is their folly.

It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life.

Let them alone: they are blind guides. And if the blind guide the blind, both shall fall into a pit.

The heart of the wise instructeth his mouth, And addeth learning to his lips.

A fool’s mouth is his destruction, And his lips are the snare of his soul.
