Speak unto the children of Israel, that they take for me an offering: of every man whose heart maketh him willing ye shall take my offering.

My heart is toward the governors of Israel, That offered themselves willingly among the people: Bless ye Jehovah.

For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave-offering unto Jehovah, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
