Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

So the LORD sent a pestilence on Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beersheba seventy thousand men.

If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or if there be caterpillar; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatever plague, whatever sickness there be;

But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goes on still in his trespasses.
