And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch forth my hand on Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.

And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.

And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did on the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.

And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out to the LORD.

But the word of the LORD was to them precept on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

As for the head of those that compass me about, let the mischief of their own lips cover them.

On an instrument of ten strings, and on the psaltery; on the harp with a solemn sound.

The gin shall take him by the heel, and the robber shall prevail against him.

His mischief shall return on his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down on his own pate.

Then king Darius wrote to all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied to you.
