That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.

For you will not leave my soul in hell; neither will you suffer your Holy One to see corruption.

All they that be fat on earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

What man is he that lives, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.

He seeing this before spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
