For he satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness.

He makes peace in your borders, and fills you with the finest of the wheat.

The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of your house; and you shall make them drink of the river of your pleasures.

They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and truly you shall be fed.

And you shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless your bread, and your water; and I will take sickness away from the middle of you.

He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, said the LORD.

You have sown much, and bring in little; you eat, but you have not enough; you drink, but you are not filled with drink; you clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earns wages earns wages to put it into a bag with holes.

You looked for much, and, see it came to little; and when you brought it home, I did blow on it. Why? said the LORD of hosts. Because of my house that is waste, and you run every man to his own house.

If you will not hear, and if you will not lay it to heart, to give glory to my name, said the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse on you, and I will curse your blessings: yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not lay it to heart.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

He has filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he has sent empty away.

And the Levite, (because he has no part nor inheritance with you,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.
