It is he that sits on the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in:

I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

I have made the earth, and created man on it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach to; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.

And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, said the LORD, which stretches forth the heavens, and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him.

Which alone spreads out the heavens, and treads on the waves of the sea.

Behold, he spreads his light on it, and covers the bottom of the sea.

And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
