And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
Therefore you shall have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sun rise.
These are the names of the men which shall divide the land to you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
And these are the countries which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance to them.
And Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before the LORD: and there Joshua divided the land to the children of Israel according to their divisions.
