And it was revealed to him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.

And has raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,

The woman said to him, I know that Messias comes, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

Of this man's seed has God according to his promise raised to Israel a Savior, Jesus:
