And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered to him of their substance.

For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;

You ask, and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may consume it on your lusts.

As every man has received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
