Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate you, and the interpretation thereof to your enemies.

Why, O king, let my counsel be acceptable to you, and break off your sins by righteousness, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of your tranquility.

Let every soul be subject to the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Why you must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
