When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb: yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound.

Come, and let us return to the LORD: for he has torn, and he will heal us; he has smitten, and he will bind us up.

Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yes, joy and gladness from the house of our God?

For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
