Thus said the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.
Now therefore thus said the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.
Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
For precept must be on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, and there a little:
You have sown much, and bring in little; you eat, but you have not enough; you drink, but you are not filled with drink; you clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earns wages earns wages to put it into a bag with holes.
Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, said the LORD.
And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid on a stone in the temple of the LORD:
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
