And the officers shall speak further to the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return to his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart.

Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold on them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.

Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking to the people that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.

If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.
