We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knows how long.

And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lies toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar.

Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?

Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said to that certain saint which spoke, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?

Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

To the intent that now to the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

To whom it was revealed, that not to themselves, but to us they did minister the things, which are now reported to you by them that have preached the gospel to you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

And the armies which were in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
