As you also learned of Epaphras our dear fellow servant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, salutes you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

There salute you Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus;

Why in all things it behooved him to be made like to his brothers, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

All my state shall Tychicus declare to you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord:

Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.

And the things that you have heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit you to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labor, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.

Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.

Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

If you put the brothers in remembrance of these things, you shall be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto you have attained.

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that has obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.

For this cause have I sent to you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.

His lord said to him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord.

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord has made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all my house.

And his fellow servant fell down at his feet, and sought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.

With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known to you all things which are done here.
