Then the Spirit said to Philip, Go near, and join yourself to this chariot.

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth.

While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said to him, Behold, three men seek you.

And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brothers accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house:

And when he was come to us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus said the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that ownes this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spoke the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet to our fathers,

And the angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south to the way that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza, which is desert.

Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.

And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understand you what you read?

And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

But all these works that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Why (as the Holy Ghost said, To day if you will hear his voice, Heb 3:8: Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
