For all of my father's house were but dead men before my lord the king: yet did you set your servant among them that did eat at your own table. What right therefore have I yet to cry any more to the king?

And Mephibosheth said to the king, Yes, let him take all, for as much as my lord the king is come again in peace to his own house.

And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him to David, the king said to him, Are you Ziba? And he said, Your servant is he.

And David said to him, Fear not: for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father's sake, and will restore you all the land of Saul your father; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.

Then the king called to Ziba, Saul's servant, and said to him, I have given to your master's son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.

Whoever privately slanders his neighbor, him will I cut off: him that has an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

How long will you judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

He that answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him.

But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look you to it; for I will be no judge of such matters.
