Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted of God.

Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.

Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yes, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.

Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

And many of the brothers in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

Why comfort one another with these words.

Why comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also you do.

Why lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
