Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.

The beginning of strife is as when one lets out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with.

Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needs.

For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

And with they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

And let our's also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
