For being wise, ye gladly tolerate the foolish.

For your obedience reached to all men. Therefore I rejoice over you, but I want you to be indeed wise in the good and pure in the evil.

Owe no man anything except to love each other, for he who loves the other has fulfilled law.

So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh to live according to flesh.

Professing to be wise, they became foolish,

And a highway shall be there, and a way. And it shall be called The way of holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, but is shall be for [the redeemed], the wayfaring men. Yea fools shall not err [in it].

For we also were formerly foolish, disobedient, being led astray, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in evil and envy, hateful, hating each other.

Because of this I endure all things because of the chosen, so that they also may experience salvation in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

For we dare not classify or compare ourselves to some of those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves to themselves, do not understand.

Otherwise if thou would bless with the spirit, how will the man who fills the place of the unlearned, say the Truly at thy thanksgiving, since he knows not what thou say?

If therefore I know not the force of the voice, I will be a foreigner to him who speaks, and he who speaks will be a foreigner to me.

Let not one man deceive himself. If any man among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become foolish so that he may become wise.

Which things also we speak, not in things learned from mankind, in words of wisdom, but in things learned from Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things.

For I do not want you, brothers, to be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise according to yourselves, that a callousness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles come in.

And when the foreigners saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to each other, Certainly this man is a murderer, whom, though saved from the sea, Justice did not allow to live.

And the foreigners presented uncommon kindness to us, for, having kindled a fire, they received us all because of the present rain, and because of the cold.

O ye simple, understand prudence, and, ye fools, be of an understanding heart.

How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And scoffers delight them in scoffing, and fools hate knowledge?
