even them I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon my altar, for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.

Therefore thus says lord LORD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation, a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner-[stone], a sure foundation. He who believes in him shall, no, not be shamed (LXX/NT).

And I also say to thee, that thou are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.

Thus says LORD: I am returned to Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. And Jerusalem shall be called The city of truth, and the mountain of LORD of hosts, The holy mountain.

And we heard this voice, which was brought out of heaven, being with him on the holy mountain.

Why look ye askance, ye high mountains, at the mountain which God has desired for his abode? Yea, LORD will dwell [in it] forever.

Then Solomon began to build the house of LORD at Jerusalem on mount Moriah, where [LORD] appeared to David his father, which he made ready in the place that David had appointed, in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.

I will lift up my eyes to the mountains. From where shall my help come?

As the hart pants after the water brooks, so my soul pants after thee, O God.

And he built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he has established forever.

Our feet are standing inside thy gates, O Jerusalem.

What then shall [a man] answer the messengers of the nation? That LORD has founded Zion, and in her shall the afflicted of his people take refuge.
