For we are not able not to speak what we saw and heard.

Do not give what is holy to the dogs, nor cast your pearls before the swine, lest they trample them by their feet, and having turn back may lacerate you.

He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he opened not his mouth. As a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that is mute before its shearers, so he opened not his mouth.

Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.

Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes, and I shall keep it to the end.

Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law, yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth. Keep the door of my lips.
