Psalm 108:4

A Conservative Version

For thy loving kindness is great above the heavens, and thy truth [is] to the skies.

Thy loving kindness, O LORD, is in the heavens, thy faithfulness to the skies.

For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.

For I have said, Mercy shall be built up forever. Thy faithfulness thou will establish in the very heavens.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD, thy faithfulness also in the assembly of the sanctified.

Mercy and truth are met together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Therefore I will give thanks to thee, O LORD, among gentiles, and will sing praises to thy name.
