Numbers 28:5

and the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil.

And when anyone offers an oblation of a meal-offering to LORD, his oblation shall be of fine flour, and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense on it.

Now an omer is the tenth part of an ephah.

The one lamb thou shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb thou shall offer at evening,

It is a continual burnt-offering, which was ordained on mount Sinai for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire to LORD.

And thou shall prepare a meal-offering with it morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine flour, a meal-offering to LORD continually by a perpetual ordinance.

And his oblation was one silver platter, the weight of which was a hundred and thirty [shekels], one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meal-off
